Smart Growth: Principles and Tools
Jodie Siu gave this presentation to a gathering of the northwest chapter of the Real Estate Institute of BC, on October 19, 2004. The presentation covered smart growth principles and an introduction to the "charrette" tool for public engagement. The presentation also included a section by Blair Erb of Coriolis Consulting, on the market and financial realities of smart growth.
