Smart Growth on the Ground (SGOG) is an innovative initiative in partnership with the Design Centre for Sustainability at UBC and the Real Estate Institute of BC. SGOG helps citizens and their elected leaders design and build smarter, more sustainable neighbourhoods. Smart Growth BC undertakes outreach and public education for the initiative. The first three community partners are Maple Ridge, Squamish, and Oliver, BC.  In 2009, we completed our work in the City of Prince George.
