The production and distribution of 100,000 Smart Growth BC Voter Guides are at the core of our Voter Education Campaign during local government elections, held every 3 years in BC. They are distributed in communities across the province through local newspapers, community centres and neighbourhood networks. They are also mailed to all of BC’s municipal councils and regional boards. Several thousand copies are distributed throughout the province by Smart Growth BC staff and supporters at all-candidate's meetings and at other local election events. Smart growth principles are discussed at all-candidate's debates and voter education workshops in communities around the province.
